Today M. at the front desk at the Y said she spoke with me earlier in the week, and I said, no, I spoke with K. M. said, oh, it was the OTHER Mrs. Mylastname that I spoke with, and she told me that the other Mylastname children would also be enrolling in the summer camp. And I asked incredulously, "She identified herself as Mrs. Mylastname?" And M. said yes, she did.
Just thought I would share this. By the way, KP and I are still at this point in time legally married.
By the way, M., K., and associated other workers at the Y now know that TOW is 1) a homewrecker with no morals, and 2) (as demonstrated directly to them by TOW) a liar.

Dulc, the guns are clean and we have surgical gloves. Reason can lead the charge with some of the organic produce from his 40 acre spread and CincyGreg can take the rear and tell them what will be going on when they get out of the hospital.
But seriously, that is JUST WRONG. Is there anything you can do legally to keep her from using your last name while you're still married?
Lew?

greg, that is apparently what she did.
A recent source and compilation of past data points suggest that she is eager to become his wife and beneficiary.

Dont forget to include that little tidbit in any future proceedings. Seems she's putting the cart before the horse.

Wait a second, am I missing something here?
He's still legally married to you, but she is calling herself his Mrs?!?!?!?!?!?!
That seems kinda odd. I would tend to think that Mrs would be reserved for his wife which is still legally you even though you probably wish it wasn't.
